This is the first EP I produced with help from special musician friends. I would like to thank Roberto Paolo Riggio for his vision, his mentorship during this process and his beautiful string arrangements on Je Ne T'Aime Pas. His violin and viola playing are magical on this track. Roberto also produced La Vie En Rose, an old standard which he renewed with his musical vision.
This is a very special EP because it was my first and through it, I learned much about myself as a singer, producer and creative artist. I could not have done it without the support of Roberto, my creative support, Isaac Peña's sensitive ears, and the musical dedication of all the musicians who contributed to it. Much love was poured into this project.
Ultimately, without Dr. James Polk's mentorship, care, patience and creative genius, RendezVous would have never been born in the first place. I came to him with an idea and a vision, and he translated it into beautiful song arrangements, guiding me through the process of forming the band and leading it. I was honored to have Dr. Polk be my first keyboard player, and because of him, I was able to enroll amazing musicians for RendezVous through the years.
